Gift Guide: What To Get Your Soon To Be Husband by Brianna Bowman

Please tell me I am not alone when I say my fiance is the most difficult person to buy gifts for. Over the last three years I have used my noggin to think up some things I think will not only be useful gifts, but ones my future husband will love. Read on to see what some of the winners have been.

  1. Wallets

They always say men don’t replace their wallets unless it's broken, lost or they’re given a new one. This one from Fossil has a  RFID blocker and holds lots of cards. If the number one man in your life has an old beat up wallet that just drives you crazy, now is the perfect time to get him a new one.

  1. Poker Set

Our guys haven’t been able to hit the casino or have their weekly poker night with guys this year, so help them get their gaming fix in with this personalized poker set. He’ll be able to practice his game for when the world opens up again and maybe even teach you a trick or two (I know I need it).

  1. Board and Card Games

Speaking of games, board games are a great activity for you two to do together, whether you want to hunker down for the night with a game of monopoly or like to mix it up a bit with What Do You Meme. Let’s just say it gets super competitive in the Jenkins household when my fiance Alex and I play a game or two of Uno every now and then.

  1. Tools

Cliche, I know. However, if you and your future hubby are new homeowners I am sure there are lots of improvements and repairs you want to make. Give your man a little motivation to get the job done with the top of the line tool for the job.

  1. Loungewear

Men’s loungewear has really stepped it’s game up in the year of work from home. Those virtual meetings and happy hours don’t have to be done in his favorite college tee anymore. These sets from Banana Republic are stylish, but minimalistic which is perfect for the guy who doesn’t like too much in his clothes. Make sure you get the matching top and bottom!

  1. Thermal Underwear

Baby it’s cold outside and we sure do need to keep warm. My man loves to layer up with his thermal underwear on those super cold days in the city. The sets from Patagonia will be great to add to his collection and have some extra features to help him stay warmer longer.

  1. Winter Coat

Does the man in anyone else’s life refuse to wear a heavy winter coat? Mine does and I refuse to accept that. I found some options at LL Bean, Dick’s and Zara that vary in heaviness so you can make sure to get one he’ll be happy with and you will be comfortable knowing he’ll have more protection on those bitter cold days.

  1. Face Masks

We’ve all learned what do and don’t like in our face masks this year. Whether he loves an around the neck tie, ear loops or even a gaiter, let’s help keep our men safe ladies with some of these great mask options from Target, Amazon, and Banana Republic

Remember that it’s the thought that counts, and the best gift comes from the heart, so don’t let searching for the perfect gift get you down! The best gift of all is that he gets to call you his wife in a few short months.
